We distinguished this range with subtle monotone work on the brand on transparent label material. Presented in distinctive glass bottles with screwcap closures, this range now has the necessary presence for elegant restaurant dining around the globe.
We were also asked to broaden Otakiri range into the New Zealand and Australian grocery market. Market research identified a gap for a premium, down-to-earth Kiwi brand at a competitive price. Using contemporary typography, a sophisticated two-tone blue colour scheme and semi-transparent label gave the required fresh and premium cues. Using the same bottle, we developed an export label featuring Andrew Apse’s stunning photography to reinforce the clean, fresh New Zealand origins of this water — a unique statement on Middle Eastern supermarket shelves.
